Following a short marketing period, Turner Westwell were then instructed to act on behalf of the Landlord and entered into Lease Renewal negotiations with the existing Tenant. Following the negotiations, Turner Westwell were able to secure a successful Lease Renewal for their client, ensuring continued occupancy and rental income for the property.
